Cheating, insults, racism, sexism, harassment: zero tolerance. Every report is handled within 48 hours, and sanctions are published here. We never show who made the report, nor the gamertag of a minor.

   Warning

   Written reminder of the code of conduct. Stays private.

2. 2

   Suspension

   7 days to 1 year with no matches or tournaments.

3. 3

   Exclusion

   Removed from a competition, winnings included.

4. 4

   Ban

   Account closed for serious cheating or repeat offences.
